Delicious Events in Niagara-on-the-Lake
Weekends just got more Wine-der-ful in Niagara.
We all know that Niagara is famous for their grapes and some of the best wineries in the world (well we think so).
So let’s all get out of hibernation mode and start winding up for some wine-der-ful events which will be happening very soon and right in our backyard.
Check out these delicious events in Niagara-on-the-Lake:
Get Fresh in the Valley – April 11th, 12th, 18th, 19th, 25th, 26th
The name says it all. It’s three weekends of farm fresh food paired with new vintage and aromatic wines at 22 Twenty Valley wineries. Plus you can collect recipe cards from all of the wineries to create your own Get Fresh Cookbook. Passports for all three Sundays, or your choice weekend, start at only $40. It’s your ticket to a fresh NEW experience. Check out the mocktail passports, for the designated driver in your life.
Sip and Sizzle – May 2nd, 3rd, 9th, 10th, 16th, 17th, 23rd, 24th, 30th, 31st – 11am – 5pm
This super SIZZLING hot event is back again. Picture a barbeque bash paired with your favourite Niagara-on-the-Lake wine and your fabulous friends. The best part… the grilling and the dishes are taken care of. Tour passes start at $43 per person.
Food Truck Eats – May 16th – 18th
The wait is over. Book your tickets for the ultimate 4th annual backyard bash at Peller Estates. Featuring 15 Food Trucks and 5 pop up food vendors who promise to deliver some of the tastiest street food alongside some of Peller’s award-winning wines.
Graze the Bench – June 6th and 7th - 12 – 5pm
Get ready to mix and mingle with 8 Niagara wineries. Their approach is to “laze and graze” in Wine Country. And let it be known that these aren’t sample sizes you are dealing with, we are talking about some kick-back and enjoy portions. Single tickets start at $30 per person and weekend grazing starts at $40 per person.
Niagara Food & Wine Expo - May 1st - 3rd
This is an event within walking distance from our hotel (well let’s say a nice 20 minute stroll). If you like food, wine, beer and spirits, then you’ve gotta eat and sip here. The very own John Catucci from The Food Network’s “You Gotta Eat Here” will be taking the stage to talk about some of his favourite food from the Expo.
These are just a few of the events we love and it’s only the beginning of Spring (even though it doesn’t feel like it).
Stay at the Courtyard Marriott Niagara Falls and Sip, Savour and Explore the fine things that Niagara has to offer. Check out our 1 Night Romance Package starting at $119 per night because it won’t last long.
Make room for a Lot of Fun this Spring.
