Easter in Niagara Falls

Spring is finally in the air! And with Spring, we all know that the Easter bunny will be hopping to Niagara Falls very soon. If you haven’t been to Niagara for Easter before, there are a lot of very colourful events happening: Annual Easter Display - Floral Showhouse - April 12th - 27th. Enjoy Mother Nature’s gorgeous Easter creations. Featuring a cross display of lilies surrounded by colourful and fragrant spring flowers such as daffodils, tulips, hyacinths and azaleas. Your kids will love the live chicks, bunnies and songbirds.Daily from 9:30am - 5pm. Easter Egg Scramble - Butterfly Conservatory - April 18th - 20th - 10am - 6pm. It’s an Easter Extravaganza for kids of all ages. Letters will be hidden throughout the Conversatory to spell a secret phrase for a chance to win a grand prize basket. Let’s give you a hint. The prizes might involve chocolate. Firemen’s Park 17th Annual Easter Egg Hunt - Friday, April 18th. Just picture this! 400 pounds of chocolate hidden all over Firemen’s Park. Plus food, games and a bouncy castle. The fun starts at 11am. Heartland Forest Easter Egg Hunt Fundraiser - April 19th - 11am - 3pm. Crafts, games, Pirate Flag Scavenger Hunt, Tootsie Express Train Ride, Face painting and Story time. Come early, as there are only 300 Easter Egg Hunt Wristbands available. Egg Bites and Wine Flights - Inniskillin Wines - weekends in April. It’s an Easter Egg Hunt for Adults. Hint, they’re in the quiche! Stop in for a snack and enjoy two house made quiche bites with a flight of three wines from their Discovery Series. Price: $10.00 per person. Bunnies and Bubbles - Jackson-Triggs Winery - April 5th - 27th. Hop on in and sip on a glass of bubbly as you explore your creative side and decorate a delicious bunny cookie made by Willow Cakes & Pastries. Price: $10.00 per person. Bunny Hop 5K Race - East Aurora, NY - April 19th. Here’s a good way to burn off all of that chocolate. The annual East Aurora Bunny Hop. This event brings in over 2000 people and 100% of the proceeds go directly back to their community and also support Rotary’s fight against Polio. It’s a Hopping Good Time in Niagara Falls.
