It is hard to believe how quickly The Outlet Collection at Niagara is coming along. Only 3 more months and the doors to this open air outlet centre will be open. The current sign outside the construction site zone says that construction is set to be completed by May 2014. Phase I is going to consist of eight buildings, including a 77,000 square-foot Bass Pro Shop, a food court pavilion and 100 retail stores such as Forever 21, Banana Republic, Bench Outlet, Brooks Brothers Outlet, Calvin Klein, Gap Outlet, Michael Kors Outlet, Naturalizer, OshKosh, Tommy Hilfiger and Van Heusen (just to name a few). Plus there is going to be an event area for a Farmer’s Market and gathering place.
