With three weekends of events and tastings including the Xerox Icewine Gala, outdoor Icewine celebrations in Twenty Valley and Niagara-on-the-Lake, Wine and Cheese Seminars and the ever-popular Discovery Pass program and more! With over 30 participating wineries and restaurants, there are so many tasty adventures to experience: Xerox Icewine Gala - Fallsview Casino - Niagara Falls January 10th - 8 - 11pm This is an unforgettable evening. Featuring tastings from 40 Niagara wineries, gourmet cuisine prepared by Fallsview Casino’s Top Chefs, live entertainment and a silent auction. Twenty Valley WinterFest - Jordan Village January 11th and 12th Two days of pure indulgence: over 80 VQA Icewines and wines, gourmet Niagara cuisine, entertainment and live cooking demos with Chuck Hughes and Danny Smiles (Canada’s Next Top Chef) Sparkle and Ice - Niagara-on-the-Lake Courthouse January 17th, 8 - 11pm It’s an evening of culinary creations and live entertainment paired with none other than Icewine of course. Tickets are $95 per person. Niagara-on-the-Lake Icewine Village - Queen Street, Niagara-on-the-Lake January 18th, 11am - 5pm January 19th, 12pm - 5pm Downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake transforms into a Winter Wonderland during their annual celebration of the Niagara Icewine Festival. Signature chefs, liquid gold sampling and the cool breeze of Niagara-on-the-Lake’s great outdoors. Flash and Panache Icewine Cocktail Competition - Queen Street, Niagara-on-the-Lake January 18th, 9pm - 11pm Who will come up with the tastiest icewine cocktail? Taste all of the delicious concoctions and decide for yourself. A Tasting with Canada’s Icewine Insiders January 11th, 12th, 18th, 19th, 25th, 26th Meet the people behind Niagara’s finest Icewines and receive an in-depth tasting by the winemakers themselves. Winterfest in the Square - St. Catharines January 24th - 25th Embrace the winter season in the historic Market Square with gourmet cuisine, VQA wine, live entertainment and fabulous food truck fare. Icebreakers Comedy Festival January 25th - 26th Experience local fun and laughter at participating N-O-T-L inns and eateries with a grand finale show on Saturday evening. Discovery Pass - January 10th - 12th, 17th- 19th, 24th - 26th This is your golden ticket to three weekends of wine and culinary adventure.
