Stay With Us and Stay Safe During COVID-19
The health and safety of our guests and associates at Courtyard by Marriott Niagara Falls is of the utmost importance. We continue to closely monitor the statements and guidelines recommended by the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and local health departments to ensure standards are met and where possible, exceeded.
Marriott Niagara Falls Commitment to Clean
There's no exception: our commitment to clean is second to none. As we welcome our guests back into our hotels here and around the world, we know that peace of mind is top of mind for everyone.
We're dedicated to providing our guests and staff with a safe environment, which means adopting exacting protocols to help defeat COVID-19. In fact, our Marriott Cleanliness Council has set the new standard for safety and cleaning standards for hotels everywhere. Our council consists of outside and in-house experts in water and food safety, infection prevention and hygiene as well as hotel operations.
Whether you're checking into the Marriott Niagara Falls or any Marriott hotel worldwide, you'll notice enhanced health and safety protocols.
Marriott Niagara Falls Enhanced Safety Measures
Face Coverings. To better protect guests and staff against the spread of COVID-19, face coverings are mandatory in all indoor public areas.
Public Spaces and Surface Areas. We've stepped up our already stringent cleaning to include enhanced sanitation protocol across all surfaces. Hospital-grade disinfectants are used in guest rooms and these rooms are also supplied with disinfecting wipes for the guest's own use. Surface sanitization is performed everywhere with increased frequency.
We've also partnered with the hygiene technology specialists at Ecolab to include new cleaning technologies at all Marriotts. Electrostatic sprayers sanitize surfaces all over the hotel and air purification systems that have proven effective against viruses clean the air.
Physical Distancing. To reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission, we actively encourage guests to maintain at least six-feet away from other guests. Signage is posted in the lobby to remind guests of physical distancing protocols. We've also rearranged and removed furniture to accommodate more space.
You'll notice hand sanitation stations around the Marriott, particularly near the entrance, by the elevators and front desks, as well as in all common spaces.
Food Safety. All of our supervisors and food handlers have been trained by experts in enhanced safe food service and preparation protocol. What's more, the Marriott's food and beverage operations conduct mandatory self-inspection using our own impeccable food safety standards as guidelines. Once these inspections are complete, compliance is then validated through independent audits.
In-room dining options have also been modified to make dining with us even safer.
