Santa Claus Parades in Niagara 2016
You better watch out, you better not cry, you better not pout….Santa Claus is coming to Niagara.
Children are patiently waiting for the arrival of Saint Nick and every parent is patiently waiting for the arrival of their elf on the shelf. Everyone will be on their best behaviour this holiday season.
If you’re looking for a Santa Claus parade to attend, there are many Santa Claus Parades in Niagara starting this weekend:
This year’s parade will include 12 marching bands, superheroes, stilt walkers and of course Santa Claus himself.
The parade starts on Victoria Avenue at Armoury Street and heads north along Victoria Avenue, right on Valley Way and right on Queen Street and ending just past City Hall.
After the parade, children can meet Santa and Mrs. Claus and Canada Post will be collecting Christmas letters to deliver back to the North Pole.
Starting at 9am, children can have a pancake breakfast with Santa Claus (how amazing is that?). At 1pm, Santa will be travelling along the canal on his tug boat for a stop along West Street, followed by the ever popular photo session with Santa from 1:30 – 3:00pm.
In the evening, the fun continues at 6:30pm with the annual Lighted Santa Claus Parade.
Santa is making his rounds in Niagara with his next stop in Niagara-on-the-Lake from 11am – 2pm.
