Niagara Falls Winter Festival of Lights
Unfortunately all good things must come to an end. It’s time to say good-bye to the 32nd annual Niagara Falls Winter Festival of Lights and the 3 Million twinkling lights and over 125 animated displays. Be sure to get your last viewing before January 12th, 2015.
It’s also time to say good-bye to the 13 new Canadian Wildlife displays in Dufferin Islands including: a moose and buffalo, howling wolves, charging rams, bears, beavers, whales, deer, dinosaurs, Noah’s Ark and the 20 foot tall illumination, called the Soma, designed to resemble a waterfall. If you haven’t done so already, be sure to take your Winter selfies in front of this spectacular illuminated display.
It’s not too late to get your last dose of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Power and the illuminated display at the top of Clifton Hill, featuring your favourite turtles: Leonardo, Raphael, Michaelangelo and Donatello.
Fireworks and Falls Illumination Schedule
It’s also the last Friday for Fireworks over the Falls. Join us on Friday, January 9th, at 9pm, as the sky over the Horseshoe and American Falls will be lit up with a stunning fireworks performance. The Niagara Falls Illumination continues all year round. Check out the 2015 Niagara Falls Illumination Schedule and stay tuned for details on the 2015 Niagara Falls Fireworks Schedule.
