This is a great event that is sure to entertain the whole family. There will be three tall ships pulling into the Port Dalhousie Harbour: The Lynx, The Pride of Baltimore II and the Unicorn (which features an all female crew). There will also be live entertainment and re-enactors will flood Lockhart Point Park. I know that school just ended, but it’s a fun way to learn about the War of 1812 and how the soldiers took to sea during the three year conflict. Tickets are $5 for Adults and $2 for Kids (ages 12 and under). The event runs from 10 am to 6 pm daily.
